What we make
PH Flexible Packaging manufacture a range of bubble film in Derbyshire, as you will see from the video our film is produced by a lamination process which creates a very consistent and strong bubble film ideal for conversion into bags or postal products and great for those more demanding applications. Our bubble wrap is manufactured using single mono extruded polythene.
We can also add films to the bubble film to provide extra benefits such as non-scratch or opacity for greater security.
Our Bubble Wrap Products
Small Bubble Wrap
Rolls
We make and sell the small bubble version of bubble wrap. Rolls are 100m in length and are cut down from a maximum width of 1500mm.
Large Bubble Wrap
Rolls
We also sell the larger bubble wrap version, sold on rolls of 50m and cut down from a maximum width of 1500mm.
Double Laminated Large Bubble
Large bubble with an extra layer of polythene on both sides, creating a material which is ideal for use in green houses and keeping the heat trapped inside.
